The last few minutes of part 2 and this final part are not by Maurice Duruflé. Its Variations sur Lucis Creator by Jehan Alain (JA 27). Alain wrote this wonderful piece in 1932 as a prize-winning exercise while he was in Georges Caussade's counterpoint class at the Paris Conservatoire.
I think it's a Gonzales, which definitely has an anglo-american reputation about it. I'm surrounded by anglo-american organs. When I go to France I want to hear a French organ, be it the most romantic of Cavaille-Coll or Beuchet-Debierre's finest neoclassic, or even a well-restored Clicquot. This kind of instrument strikes no chords with me.
I'm not going to lie, I like Latry's interpretation a lot more. The registrations here are kind of bland, albeit the loss of quality uploading to Youtube may be warping the sound. Don't like the full chorus, either, it doesn't sound particularly loud at all, not very French.
This is so beautiful, it fills me with hope and a feeling of light.

@willowthebored I forget the name of the builder but I don't really care for the organ. The organ is over all a bit bland.
