Sports drinks are POISON for the average person. Fructose (HF Corn Syrup) is what causes Obesity and all the other related health problems. And they put that stuff in EVERYTHING!.... its also called INVERT, FRUCTOSE, HFCS.
Glucose is ok (in moderation)..... but Fructose is litterally poison. Its cheap and very sweet.... thats why they put in it everything! Its will make u MORE fat than eating FAT!!!
