  • I eat alot at night, but i don't know how to control it. I work out a lot though. what should i do? @3xmethod

  • @Wisdom203 Start by making sure you are eating enough healthy foods during the day. If you eat too little while you are active during the day, you are setting yourself up for failure in the evening and night.  Thirdly, make sure you are very well hydrated through the day and into early evening. Fourth, cut down on any alcohol that you drink in the evening.

  • @Wisdom203 Close the kitchen after dinner. Brush your teeth immediately. Replace the habit of overeating with a healthier one. And last, set no-overeating-during-the-night as a goal.

  • I subscribed.. very useful info.. And i have a question too.. For me, when i see something yummy i feel like having it, and to avoid that.. how to do try to control your hunger.. that's so hard..

  • Hey man I don't really eat breakfast...because if I eat breakfast thats like adding already calories to the body, and when I work out I would have to double my burning workouts, usually I skip it because I don't want to burn what I just ate in the morning. Is this a good thing? I want to burn what I already have...instead of burning what I just ate.

  • The best way to avoid overeating is to take forever to eat your meals. The longer you take, the less food you will need to satisfy your hunger. And the problem is not hunger, but appetite. Learn to differenciate both. Otherwise, your weight-management plan will likely be a failure. If it is hunger, then you NEED to address it. It won't help to walk around like this man said.
