  • Greetings ... a friend says that taking unnatural postures for the body has implications for the vertebrae of the spine ... I told her that the elasticity is a source of vitality and youth to be handled carefully and gradually.

  • @mauriciotaek I am not a teacher, but I agree with you. You have to know your own body. Challenging one's limits is good for the mind.
