I gotta say, I'm a little disappointed that Skies of Arcadia was not mentioned! That DEFINITELY gets my #20 vote.
However, many other great games are; Metropolis Street Racer, Capcom VS SNK 2, Street Fighter III Third Strike, Tokyo Xtreme Racer 2, Bomberman Online, Project Justice, and San Francisco RUSH 2049.

Wow, what an excellent Dreamcast tribute! Great commentary, game selection and footage/editing.
"it was receiving 10s, game of the month, from like every magazine, it was just crazy . . . Crazy Taxi, another great game for the Dreamcast" -- nice segue! ;)
So my 20th would probably be Virtual-On, though several others come to mind (Rez, Ikaruga, Hydro Thunder, Space Channel 5, Cool Cool Toon, Samba de Amigo).

COOL! I was there 9/9/99 picking up my prepaid DC!! Can't believe it has been a decade. Time flies... What an awesome console it was/IS.
