Wobbufett is awesome but its useless when its poisoned. Especially if the foe uses toxic and stalls for however long wobbufett has life. If you get lucky with a destiny bond then you might get some use on

a pokemon with way to good stats or is a great legend like lugia/mewtwo/mew wobuffet (because he can almost always rack in a few KO)

why mew is an uber is her rarity, not her stats

and the 600 stats is not the definition, think slaking.
