These are cup cakes that I made using Kandee's recipe! Yay, they are soooo delicious!!

I used her recipe for these Halloween cupcakes but I wasn't able to use her cream cheese recipe because I dont have a hand mixer yet...(i'm overseas military and my stuff isn't here yet from the states lol)

  • @EliandEni yes the batter was very liquidy. I didnt add anything more than her recipe called for and they turned out perfect!

  • you could use a whisk or a spoon you really sont need a mixer unless your cream cheese was room tempeture

  • @EliAndEni yes, cake batter should be a creamy consistency. Think like yogurt like maybe a little bit stiffer. If it's too runny or too thick, it won't cook properly.

  • Well, you did everything like Kandee, so I wanna ask If the dough should be so liquid??
