David Paris - A Blonde's Guide to Muffin Making!

I am a new hand in the kitchen, but here's my recipe for Apple, Blueberry & Cherry Muffins.
All ingredients are healthy and taste so good!
Ingredients (in case you're too lazy to watch!):
1 cup (125g) organic plain flour
1 cup (125g) organic wholemeal flour (white)
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 jar apple sauce
1 grated & peeled apple
A half cup of raw sugar
3 free range egg whites
A half cup of skim milk
A dash of olive oil
Half a punnet of blueberries
Half a small bowl of seeded cherries (cut in quarters)
Half a cup of chopped walnuts
Cook for around 30-40 mins on 180 degrees c
Check every 5 minutes after the half hour mark. When they're done they'll be nice & browned on top! Enjoy! DP xwww.davidparis.com.au
