A Federação Internacional de Natação recorreu à Corte Arbitral, na Suíça, para que Cesar Cielo e mais três atletas pegos em um exame antidoping recebam mais do que uma advertência como punição.
A federação pediu urgência para a decisão. Por enquanto, Cielo está autorizado a participar do Mundial de Xangai, no fim do mês.

My english is very bad but i hope u understand me. She always do that crazy things, especialy whith the brazilians famous mens, and in video she say for Cesar: you so delicous (she crazy for obliques mens |L|), omg look this body i wanna bit this oblique. And she say: i saw you cring in Beijing and i cried too so if you'll cry call me i clean up your tears. In the end she say: look that butt O_O bootylicous. Sorry for my bad english *-*
