2. You now have dinner conversation
3. They sometimes pick a winner
4. They begin to multitask
5. Suddenly your baby wears glasses
6. Your shirt becomes cookie jar
7. Your boob doubles as a chew toy
8. Free dental work!
9. You long for the days when baby would fall asleep
10. Some days, you wish daddy could take over

  • It's funny how you post your cute vid and expect people not to give their own opinion. Not everyone will agree with the choices you make.

  • @Tellitlikeitis72 Having your own opinion is fine! There is a difference between that, and coming on someone else's video to bash and put them down for their choices and experience. I will not tolerate someone coming here to tell moms they are "wrong" and "gross" for the way they feed their children. I will not tolerate the spread of false information to discourage breastfeeding. Think its gross and wrong? Then don't breastfeed YOUR child. Keep your opinion to yourself.

  • i think if a child can talk and ask for the breast they are two damn old to be breastfeeding just my opinion

  • @cindystanton1981 that's great! but your opinion was not ask for, so kindly keep it yourself.

  • Awww! I am sooo experiencing all of this right now with my 21-month-old toddler. And things get even more interesting when I'm tandem nursing with my 3-month-old on one boob and my toddler on the other. LOL

  • @KrissandraC wonderful!! I have yet to experience tandem nursing, I am sure it deserves a top 10 list of its own :D

  • My baby is 8 months and sometimes I feel weary of still breastfeeding. Your video reminded me of the beauty of breastfeeding. WHile I will probably not still nurse my baby while he is no longer a baby, your video did remind me how special that nursing relationship is and to keep up to my goal of 12 months!

  • wwaaaaaaaaaaa?

  • This was so cute and funny for me cause I breastfed all mine til at least 18 months. I loved the way you showed how much fun toddlers can be, and how they still have so much baby in them and yet they're so active (like not being as easy to get down for a nap) My sixth child is now 21 months and the funniest thing he does is the "cookie jar" thing. He's just so natural about it, that we have to laugh! I'm sure I'd get some funny looks if he did that in public, but I wouldn't really care, either;)

  • Hehe! This is my life now :) love it!

  • Haha, this video is awsome! My daughter does almost the same things, you showed, like multitasking and everything. Thanks for making the video, it was really cute to watch!:))

  • Loved this Video!!! My Daughter will be a year old in two weeks and we are still going strong! Up till a few months ago my husband kept saying "When she turns a year.. that is it!" I hear his tune change now that we get close... Last night when my Anie decided it was time to nurse there was the same reaction from him as there was the Daddy in your video! The tune changed!!!

  • This was so funny ladies!!! Thanks for brightening my day. LO is only 5 months and she already trying to pick my teeth. Oh and did I mention take a slice of face too- Man she can grab me hard!

I seriously doubt that any good mom would deny her child the absolute best thing she can give him just because of your opinion. Breast feeding past 1 year of age is not only normal (in the anthropological sense), it is truely awesome for the toddler. It gives them comfort, nutrition (especially when sick), and immunity better than any man-made vaccination could. Some children even stay out of the hospital becuase their mom is still able to breast feed them
