the horses in skyrim are much more lifelike, in oblivion they look plastic...

Im using Slofs horses base 2.0 and Ulrims horses which makes Slofs horses work with OOO. But the horses dont have bridlesfor some reason. they do have reins though..

@Virtuxa I use the keys on the board to turn him/her while running and they won't turn as I run. Or I'm not doing something right. I have to stop, move the horse and then go from there! You can impage how frustrating it is??!! lol Thanks for answering so quickly. I like running but humm. Besides, I'd like to figure this out! Thanks V. :) Songs

Hmm.. Sounds like some kind of bug to me. For me, the steering works just fine. Have you tried the UESP site? It has answers to a lot of Oblivion problems: uesp.net
