  • For shot spin, you want to think run-wrap. Not wrap-run as the commentator suggests.

  • I have adjusted my throw to be intentionally wrap run. It has helped balance dramatically, distance has gone up and it is much easier to make changes to my throw now that I am balanced through the circle.

  • Have a more aggresive left leg from the back to the front. If you do it correctly, you should feel a stretch when you put the foot down at the front.

  • I'll look into it thanks.

  • Once you get your strength levels up, you are going to have to go with run-wrap. I have seen this too many times to count. Go with whatever works now though.

  • Watch videos of Adam Nelson. He is an example of the extreme of what I am talking about.

  • Its about 45' with the 16lb. Gotta get stronger and faster haha. Thanks.

  • From the look of it I'm going to say shy of 51'. It's kinda hard to say with that kind of view but with a pause I know how much can be lost. I had a bad pause before. Check my vids.

  • How far do you think it was? I'm actually fairly interested how it looks compared to how it actually is. I'll respond to your answer with the distance(approx)

  • Looking good just watch the slight pause in the middle. How far was that?
