This is the first part of a 15-minute or so talk given by Kathy Griffin in Freedom Plaza in Washington, DC on March 18, 2010. The subject was repealing the "Don't Ask, Don't Tell" rule that governs gays in the military. I think Kathy is on the side of the angels with this one -- anyone who wants to serve his or her country and is healthy enough to serve, should be allowed to serve with honor. (FWIW, I am a US Army veteran with an honorable discharge.)
The talk was too long to be uploaded as one program, so I broke it up into two parts.
Unfortunately, my camera had a hard time focusing properly -- sorry about that. I couldn't really see the focus problem in the viewfinder but eventually I zoomed out a bit, which made the problem go away.

I love Kathy.
