@mVran thanks! just one question more, i was surfing around the web a found the ainol novo 7 advanced 2 due in february, should i wait? ok, one more question, there are few ainol novo 7 tablets around, there are aurora, palladin. basic, advanced, elf and ... so what is the difference? thanks

@EagleScoutBSA100 try downloading a program like Audio Widget. There may be another volume setting that needs adjusted. Otherwise it could be either an issue with the speaker or perhaps it was installed backwards.
