Look at the related video called Did the driver shoot JFK? (revised). Then you look at the this video once more.
It's evident that the white "gun" is just reflection. The so called arm, is also reflection.

i dont buy that it was a light reflection. i can clearly make out the arm reaching over his right shoulder.
as for your shellfish gun statement, thats not what he said. dont simplify things to make people seem dumb.
If cooper ever lied about anything it was purely unintentional. he got all of his material and ideas from actual government documents, so if anyone is lying about anything it is not the researcher but the govt. cooper might not have all the answers, but hes was a damn good man

i agree with almost everything...bush only cashed in on 9/11 because he was the puppet that sold it to the american ppl.

The so called gun that is shown on the video is just light reflection.
From the video there is no indication that the driver Shot JFK, especially considering the shot appears to come from a different Angle.
Therefor I am inclined to believe William Cooper was lying about this incident, which also makes me question his other statements and publications.
His statement that it was a gas powered shellfish gun that killed him also seems unlikely at best.

people ARE REALLY STUPID, mostly because the government wants you that way, ALL OF THE JFK FILMS ARE EDITED, EXCEPT THIS ONE... IT LOOKS CLEAR TO ME THAT HE WAS SHOT FROM THE FRONT AND NOT THE BACK WHEN HE WAS KILLED, AND IN 911 IF YOU THINK THE ONLY 3 SKY SCAPPERS TO EVER FALL IN MANKIND CAUSED BY FIRE, AND 1 WASNT EVEN HIT BY A PLANE,YOU HAVE TO BE RETARTED.......... The Fact that Bill Cooper announced on his radio show THREE MONTHS before 9/11 that "Something Big was going to happen and it wouldnt be a "Bin Laden" that would be behind it "..... SAYS IT ALL
AND the fact he was killed a month after 9/11? GEE ! ...what a coincidence!! William Cooper was a career Naval INTELLIGENCE officer 25yrs HE was no "Nutcase"
Altho..on second thoughts...he was! He had INTEGRITY and knew he would be crusified &discredited etc but told the TRUTH ANYWAY CRAZY GUY ...eh?
