You got the capo trick down to a T, but its a bit quick and the chords are messed up at the end of the verse just before the chorus kicks in. From "Here of late, all this real estate" it goes to the Em shape (blocking the low E string) then full C shape, then onto the D shape picking out the notes while still in D leading into the chorus. Hope that helps! Great job though and great song! One of my all time favourites.
