@redalader. Are you referring to an oscilloscope? The answer is no. We used a Windows Media Player visual effect with the screen capture program.

@KellyCx1 - This video was made back in 2003 with limited resources. So we created our audio soundtrack and then played it in Windows Media Player (the one in Windows XP) with the appropriate visualization effect. We then used Camtasia Studio Screen Capture at the time to capture the effect and cropped accordingly. I think we also had to convert the captured video to something we could use in edit. Hope this helps.
