Does this phone have the option when you are receiving a call to send a quick text instead of answering like the samsung Intensity does?

I love this phone it is GREAT for text messaging! This is the second phone I have ever had the fist phone I had was a Samsung Juke. So this was a huge upgrade. It is great for teenagers like me. I have unlimited texting so I am doing that all the time! The call quality is good it has not dropped any calls for me. I really recommend this for any teenager for their birthday or anytime.

I am sorta new to texting. I have a plan that gives you unlimited between verizon but limits to 500 msgs for non verizon. would this use up one of the 500 or be with the unlimited
