Updates (From people at the show). A member of the crowd just out of frame by Nicole (the bassist) jumped on stage and started dancing. Security darted across the stage from the other side which is what you see here.

Basically some douchebag jumped on the stage on nicole's side, got on his knees facing the audience and started headbanging. The roadie is a guy from SP security (is it Gio? I couldn't tell) who sprinted over, put the guy in a reverse chokehold, lifted him off the stage and back to the floor to escort him out (which is what's going on at 0:57

I actually witnessed this happen. The video is a bit misleading. Some idiot fan right in front of me ran up on the stage near Nicole and started jumping around. The dude that comes darting across the stage is actually security trying their best to get the him off the stage. I thought for sure Corgan was going to have a temper tantrum.
