Experimental Sideswiper design by Tom Withers G3HGE.
I'm having great fun with this little "Cootie".
This is prototype Nr1 and is absolutely superb.If enough interest is generated Tom may go into production.So contact him and show your interest for the sake of all is swiper afficionados.This really is too good to miss!See for yourself!...Will also make a good door stop for the none Sideswiper fan!

  • @cameldriver Pete,I have no idea how much he will charge for it.I know the Magpad sells for £98.00 plus postage.Best thing to do is send old Tom a message.I will also tell him your interested.

    Great to hear from you and pleased you like this little cootie.It sure is nice to send with.The end lever assembly is non adjustable.

    I have mentioned to Tom G3HGE about lining up of magnets etc and he assure's me that any future keys will be modified accordingly.

    This will then make the key perfect in my opinion.

  • HI Sandy. Nice looking and nice sounding cootie key. I can not see the end of the lever assy very well.....are you able to adjust the lever vertically so that the contacts and the magnets are more uniformly lines up with each other ??  73 Pete
