Didn't they railroad Lewis Libby for far less than this? Libby got jailtime for remembering a conversation differently than a reporter despite the fact that someone else was revealed to have outed the CIA's desk jockey housewife. Will Feinstein get the same treatment... wait she'd got a "D" in front of her name, so no she won't. Democrats are expected to work against national security (see Obama). It was revealed she got the info from a classified document on thurs. BTW.

Maddow never characterized Feinstein's leak of classified information as a leak of classified information. And Feinstein did it over international TV. That is a clear violation of her security clearance, and she should be charged, lose the chairmanship of the committee, and maybe even make Olbermann's worst person list. None of this has happened yet. An unsanctioned act of treason gets a pass from MSNBC. Nice.

The way I see it, this didn't get a pass at all from MSNBC because it was reported. I think Rachel mocking Feinstein by calling her "Einstein" was a valid point too. Feinstein's office said the information was published in the Wash Post and that is what she was referring to. If you watch this show regularly, Rachel re-visits stories like this when new info comes out. I posted this because it is a "wait and see" story.
