A big part of our work is working with the media to ensure they have all the material they need to expose the suffering of the people of Burma.
 
Ive just returned from taking politicians and journalists to Eastern Burma to see the desperate situation of the Burmese people forced to flee the regime's brutal campaigns of ethnic cleansing.

TWO MORE UN ENVOY VISITS FAIL TO SECURE CHANGE
In the past two weeks two UN envoys, Special Advisor Ibrahim Gambari, and Special Rapporteur Thomas Ojea Quintana, have visited Burma. As with the previous 37 visits by UN envoys, no concessions or reforms were secured from Burmas generals. THANK YOU FOR WRITING TO YOUR MP
Earlier this month we wrote to you asking you to write to your MP asking them to sign Early Day Motion 343 which calls for the release of Aung San Suu Kyi and all Burmas 2,130 political prisoners.
 
We saw a huge response from you and Im happy to report that over 120 MPs have responded to your requests and signed EDM 343. Thank you.
