She meant she was tired after the whole concer. Even she being out of shape she'd still look pretty.

oh yeah, she is saying that bcoz their performance has a lot of bows and going from here thru there, she is not used yet to that kinda stuff, singing and moving a lot-. but she does pretty well

I get it now, they just finished up the whole set, she's a bit winded, and says she "is out of shape".
She's just saying she's tired from doing a whole outdoor concert in the sun, it's not a "weight" comment at all.
