hi will I get muscular or bulky arms if I do these exercises on a regular basis, around 4 times a week? I want to remove the flab on my arms but not bulk up. thank you!

i just did these at work :-) my office is empty and i have 5 lb weights - woooeee! :-) but am i to do THREE sets of these? - i got the biceps curls easy peasy - but 3 sets of the last 2 exercises as well?

@inthesunshinegirl Hi, yes, three sets of each exercise. Each set should be 12-15 reps.

hi, i am currently about 3 st heavier than i want to be *sigh* i recently put a lot of weight on and am really determined to get it off. i am at school so i don't really have much time to go to a gym. i am going to do a 2 week vegan diet (i read somewhere that it can help) i am doing old school Cher videos on my study day but that's all i can really do (i'm from england so the weather is too sucky to go running -.-) any tips would be great! thank you for this video, it's great! :)

I love all your stomach and ab workout videos. I have been doing them for about two weeks now and I am feeling the soreness around the areas that I work on. To me, the soreness is actually a positive indicator that the workout is working! I have also been following and doing your arm workouts, and I am enjoying it. I would love to see more arm workout videos from you. I think I only saw two arm workout videos on your channel. If there is more and I just didn't see it, please let me know :D
