Civilization V (Civ 5) Mini-Playthrough Greece Part 1

Note: this video was intended to be viewed as a playlist, and I'll be posting the rest of the video .

I'm posting this partial-playthrough with a few intentions:
-Show some preliminary footage of the game for prospective buyers
-Demonstrate the use of the Civil Service Slingshot, which is a solid strategy (at least below the top levels!)
-Show how to leverage City States.
-Preparation and Waging an early (classical age) war.
-To record my initial performance so I can review for mistakes and improve!
-Ascertain whether there's enough interest to post future playthroughs.

The game was released on September 21st, this game was recorded on the 24th. I don't tout myself as a good player at this game by any means, but I think the video demonstrates how to use the aforementioned strategies.

Thanks for the comment and for reminding me to update this.

I travel for work and do my video capture+editing+rendering at home. Unfortunately it takes about 1.5 hours of semi-attended rendering for 15 minutes of video, so I ran out of time this weekend. I will try to get the rest of the series posted next Saturday (10/2)

If you needed the earlier workers/settlers (maybe), you could've aimed to bulk up on culture and then get a free worker through Liberty and Citizenship.
