  • Mateo so you can open up a .rns file with no prob's right? just do wut stoni's showen here? I will try this when i get home!

  • Right. If you follow the steps that Stoni laid out in the video you will be able to open an .rns (Reason session file) with no problems.

Let me know how it goes.

  • how do you create a reason session? is that the extention at the end of it a .ses? or what is it?

  • When you create a new project in Reason the Session file is saved as an .rns file. The .ses extension belongs to another software.

    Mateo

  • Ok Mateo, I completely understand what you're sayen but! When i tried open up a .rns file from reason it didn't even recognize it like i couldnt see the .rns file only if i exported it as a audio wav file then it would open up in Record :(

  • I'm not exactly sure what could be causing this problem so let me get back to you on this one.

  • please please help man.how do you sync your vocals when importing vocals in record with a diffrent bpm beat. let me know please.

  • Thx stone

  • You need to run Record in "authorized" mode *and* have Reason installed on your system to be able to open Reason files. If you're running in "demo" mode or don't have Reason installed, you won't be able to open the Reason files.

  • yea when u buy it they will open up

  • Matteo I can't open .rns songs cause i have the beta version i think? Man this sucks i wnt to open up songs that i have completed from scratch myself and lay down vocals to them! Ugh!!!! I know for sure i'm buying this when it comes out full release, thanks anyways for your help :)
