@belugafishgod Amen and Amen! we are just small thinking beings and have no capacity to understand the mind of God or try to figure Him out.He says we can't.So with our tiny capacity, we try to figure out for ourselves what we think they are.Their is so much more than we wil EVER comprehend till we see our Master and savior Jesus.Aren't you just excited and can't wait? Preach on brother , you are bang on, while most of the God starved world ( including a lot of nominal christians ) marches on it's merry way , having a form of religion but denying the power thereof . .spiritually dead .

I personally think that a lot of people have opinions about what God, Jesus, sin, angels, satan etc are like and I believe that mankinds opinions are WORTHLESS. I think that on the whole...mankind has NO CLUE as to the REALITY of these things. I personally think that men form opinions based on very pathetic perceptions of what these things may be in their own limited understanding and imaginations. I think god is greater...sin is more horrible and Jesus is more wonderful than man imagines.

My personal definition of sin (and I pondered this) is this,'sin is the physical manifestation of the devil'.

Why?

Because the flesh is infused with evil and rebellion,it is contrary to the things of God,neither is it subject to the Law of God.

Thus Yahshua's statement to Peter.

"Get behind me satan! You are an offense to me,for you are not setting your mind on the things of God,but on the things of men." Matt 16

In is for this reason that no flesh shall be justified in the sight of God.

Caffeine "addiction" is now a daily neccessity according to some christians and obesity is now a disease. So what happened to self-control as a fruit of the Spirit?

We barely distinguish what is sin now bcuz we are living in a culture where sin is acceptable. And if u ever point it out to them then they will call u a legalist.

Ofcourse ur not saying it to offend anyone but to make the grace of God even more beautiful.

Sin is convincing people that you have the word of God, and yet hold to human intutions much like a child holds to the belief that the world is flat.
