Um. Seriously? They're not a band that will be liked by everyone, but to say they have very little musical talent is just absurd. To be able to write such ridiculously over-the-top music and still have it kinda make sense is a big feat. On top of that, they're writing music in ways that very few bands could dream of pulling off.

I'd say he's one of the most talented vocalists out. Right up there with Reggie Watts. I still haven't heard anyone use pitch bending this effectively on voice before - this technique takes a huge amount of control to pull off live, to do it as well as he does is a sign of a very well trained singer.
