  • This isnt a bad film. It just wasnt made for the 90s. JP kept making films how he wanted them. He didnt take into consideration that the audience changes over time an that the films have to change with them. Thats probably why this film didnt fit in when it came out. I say its still a good movie an like 'the thing' has now got a cult following. JC is amazing at making films an hes been treated so badly by the film industry.

  • @twooffour What I was trying to say is that the faint tone of camp that existed in the first one is overblown in the second, and that can be seen in the over the top action sequences that Escape from L.A. has. I'm not saying that Î can look at an action sequence and say from what year the movie is, BUT, the common use of cgi as well as big, expensive practical effects, were way more common in the 90's action movies. This is my opinion any way.

  • "Why don't you just shoot him?" ;)

  • @liradeorfeu

How do you tell 80s action from 90s action?

  • @houls69 90s action you mean. This is the sequel that came out in 96. I love this movie!

  • Can anyone upload the final battle between Snake and Cuervo?

  • "Now me, I fight like a dirty bastard."

  • @houls69 in a 90's movie...which is awesome.

  • Eighties action at it's finest!
