SCI Malaysia branch clear the bridge surrounding a little so it's more visible now. It was said that the bridge is for horse crossing to the other side of the hill.

Going there - if you are facing entrance to Maxwell Hill or Bukit Larut, there is another road on the left. This will leads you to the bridge, right beneath the temple and further up, reservior and also Burmese pool.
