I corresponded with someone claiming to be the president of PKD Cure in 2007, voicing my concerns about the PKD Cure website which promoted revenue making but had very little in the way of ongoing research, comment boards, etc. My main concern was it directing people inflicted with this curse away from legit researchers and toward colored ribbons, puppy dogs and T-Shirts for sale. 4 years later, I'm even more convinced of my suspicions. How's that 4 years of walking been treating you?

You walk for the PKD Foundation, don't kid yourself. Very old ad. A pill will not take care of this problem. Amazing work is going on out there. You might want to look at some of the obsticles in our way. I too have PKD, I am medically trained. People globally are viewing our efforts. I do not get one cent for my efforts. I just believe in, We the people, vs Congress.

I have ADPKD as well....I m 28 now and I was diagnosed 3 years ago after having haematuria after exercises.

i got diagnosed with it when i was 15...
but i prolly would have gotten diagnosed with it earlier if we cought on quicker... my lil brother is 9 and he got diagnosed
