@SweeTart77kkibble, thanks for the comment, and you are very welcome! I'm not sure we mentioned it in the video, but the crust we get from our local WF comes in a spelt variety as well--definitely give it a try if you can find it. It adds a really cool crunch. :) We hope you have a great pizza night on Friday!

Great video guys! I am totally headed to WF this week so I can make this for Friday night pizza night. Thanks soooo much for taking the time to make these great foods.

This is one of the most incredible vegan pizza recipes I've ever seen which is why I feel sad that the pizza looks too small for 2 people, plus no leftovers. SO SAD! Can't you get a bigger pizza crust??

@nebraskafrankcourtny, haha great comment! We're glad you think the recipe is incredible! There's plenty of sauce and toppings for multiple pies (or a larger pie). The crust we get comes in a two-pack, so we just pop another one in for our next meal! That said, you can always find a larger crust (or make one from scratch). We sense a possible episode idea...homemade herb crust!

@sunshineandveggies, hi! I love that sweater too! It's actually actually from an online shop called Ruche. I don't think they have this particular style available anymore, but they do have a lot of other cute clothing!

This looks great and like everyone said, WELCOME BACK!!! Missed the videos! One questions though, do you need to wash or peel the mushrooms or you just take them right out the box and they are ready to go?

@guestaccount26, thanks, it's good to be back! And you have an excellent question! We should have mentioned it on camera, but we do prep work before we film. To keep the flavor of the mushrooms and clean them, we wipe them with a damp cloth. We just pop them back in the box when we film.
