  • @Bystronicman08 What they are doing is called a pre melt and what that does is allow a space for material to go as it is doing the pierce routine, so as not to snot up the nozzle with material and it prevents splashback up into the lense.

  • Why does the head raise up like that while it's piercing?I've never seen that on any laser I've ran.It's not making a pilot hole is it?If it is i don't see the point in it.
