Viewing BT OneBill data, easily and securely

BT Analyst Converge is our online application enabling you to view your BT OneBill data, easily and securely. Once you've received your welcome letter containing your user name, URL to access the application, and a separate email with your password, this short video will take you through the next steps. It can viewed in one go, or you can pause to make notes or work alongside.

The video covers a number of topics including logging in through the BT Global Services Portal, accessing the BT Analyst Converge application, where to register for one of our free online training sessions, how to find the User Guide and Frequently Asked Question sheet. The video also covers how to download a copy of your invoice, where to retrieve a copy of the itemisation previously sent to you on CD, as well as guiding you to the Bill Reports screen where you can find a selection of the most popular summary reports available, all with individual drill downs and the ability to export to excel or as a text file. In fact, we cover everything you need to get started on using the application.
