  • That's nothing! ... My dad listened to this being played live by the resident orchestra in Lyons Corner House in London when he was about nine years old. That was in 1928!!

  • >LOVE IT SO MUCH BORN TOO LATE .THANKS

My feelings exactly, bearcub. Was born in the 50's, I think I would have been much happier in my grandparents' era.

  • I have this on a 78rpm...I love listening to it from time to time. Might not be worth much money wise...but it is great if you love music!

  • This has to be the version my Grandad had on 78 rpm, that I totally loved Thank you.

  • I've been looking for this song! Thank you "Singin' in the Rain." :)

    the same from comedian harmonists

  • This was one of my Grandma's favourites, it used to get played nearly every time I went to her house. I grew up and forgot it and then, about three months after Grandma died, I heard it played on an old barrel organ at a local steam rally... What a blast of memory that was.

  • The curse of becoming old (75) is homesickness.... Nevertheless, I am glad to rehear the songs of my youth. Many thanks for posting dear Aaron1912

  • Thanks so much for this tune we had in my dad's old record pile when I was little. memories!!

  • awesome song. very peppy and catchy

  • @ElizabethTalbot I know exactly how you feel. I was brought up on this type of music too and I just adore it. I still have the old 1922 Victor Victrola that my Dad's parents had and it still works. Yep, I was born in '51 so I can appreciate what your saying, lol.
