I know, it's way boring... and I'ma nerd.
Demonstrating the abilities of Windows 7 using a multi-touch capacitive display.
For the tx2z / dell tx2 windows 7 touch drivers, get the beta drivers here:
http://www.n-trig.com/Content.aspx?Page=Multi_Touch
*The latest beta will fully disable the pen functionality. I don't know why, they just decided to kill it.
It gets pretty touchy with 5+ contact points at once. At least in ms pain.

  • hey whats the difference with tx2z and tx2 ?????

    thanksss

  • I'm not positive, but i think the tx2z introduced the dual-touch and also uses capasitive touch vs pressure. could be wrong tho.

  • The comments ON the video are hysterical

  • Ha, thanks. :)

  • Hi! Sorry but I'm Italian and I don't understand something... With HP Touchsmart TX2 can I draw with more than two fingers?

  • I was going to get one of these, decided against it and got myself a Acer TimelineX instead. A multitouch trackpad is good enough for me :)

multitouch is only supported in models tx2-2000 and up, and tx2z. did your model come natively with Win 7. if not - go to Hp support and drivers website, find your exact model and download multitouch drivers for Win 7.

  • i have got a hp touchsmart tx2-1105ee and i am using window 7 ultimate 64 bit

  • @Wiggalein

what's your model number, and which operating system do you have on it, vista or 7?

  • @Wiggalein your display probably can only handle 2 at a time

  • i have got the same problem that it it just recognizes 2 fingers please help
