"Camping in Canaan's Land. Every day I'm camping in the land of Canaan." Minus Jackie's introduction, this is the entire song.
2:44 "Lord, Lead Me On from day to day. I want to walk the holy way. Though friends forsake me all alone, I ask Thee, Lord, to lead me on."
5:54 "For the God on the Mountain, He's still God in the valley. The God of the good times, He's still God in the bad times." Candle Ridge Quartet is Jackie Melton on piano, Eddie Reese on guitar, Willie Vernon Logan, Cindy Decker, and Theresa Myers.
Candle Ridge and Liberty Missionary Baptist Church Combined Choir at Spring Revival 2008. Recorded live at WLJC Studios in Beattyville, Kentucky. Used by permission. March 21, 2008

  • "Camping in Canaan's Land "was one of my first songs i remember hearing the first time i walk in to Church "Good Job"

  • Great Job!! An elderly gentleman that used to attend the church I go to passed away 5 years or so ago. Anyway when ever he would be called on to lead us in congerational singing, Camping in Canaana's Land would almost be the 1st song we would sing. Brings back alot of good memories. Keep singing for the Lord. I really enjoyed all 3 songs. The Hoppers sang God on the Mountain on one of Bill Gaither's Homecominmg video's. You both do a great job.
