@ All. The stuff flying around the ET (external tank) are just pieces of the foam insulation (not ice nor UFO's). There is actually a lot of foam coming loose during launch. and NASA astronauts are not trying to cover this up, I find it hard to keep a steady hand at normal gravity so imagine how fucking hard it is to zoom in onto an object several hundred meters away at 0 G.
