'04 Subaru STi after a lapping session with inadequate front pads, and not enough cool down. I came off hot to get some tire temps. There was no smoke coming out of the front wheels, so I had no idea how hot the brakes were until I got back into the pits and my student noticed my caliper colour!
Motul RBF600 fluid held up perfectly! Right after a momentary "no brake" incident from excess heat when I went back on the track, they returned to normal operation. Motul, Subaru and Brembo FTW!
Stupid driver without a pit crew to take temperatures... LOSE.
