  • So you can drink that water as is?? It is safe? Do you have any resources where I could find spring water in central Illinois?

  • @jr5star findaspring . C O M I drink it as is...straight from the mother earth

  • Excellent water but that is quite a hike for 4 gallons of water. Thanks for the vid!

  • @hooperqi its a quick hike...go straight up the creek and wear good shoes (hopefully waterproof)...we got about 10 gallons that day, but think about it - a two week supply of water for an intense 5 minute hike? WORTH IT!!!! And we fill our 6 gallon carboy in the waterfall - we use that for tea and anything we have to boil...went there today and its SOOO nice.

  • Interesting... do you filter the water? I bet either way that's some good water.

  • @RUBuyingSilver no...you could though - the waterfall water we use for tea so no need to filter it anyways...Ive got a chaga chai bubbling right now - there were little bits floating in the water but the hot temp would kill anything harmful.

  • years ago that pipe connected to a faucet at the bottom near the road,. but they took it out because literally hundreds of people would line up,. even fight for that water,. true,.

  • OMG I LOVED Ojai when I went there! The energy was SOO serene! I'd love to go back sometime and of course, if I do, check out that spring! :)

  • @Rawmodel Sounds great. If it's only a five minute hike then that would make it worthwhile for a two week supply. I've been paying for pure well water here in the San Diego area because of the lack of free spring water. Thanks for posting the vid.

  • WOW!
