@bazabollox Te (tendon), nease (nanny). I guess the vibration is a better alternative than moving those fingers all day to improve blood flow.
I guess the only effective treatment is using the muscles glowing red, like when you are running, your muscles become warm. You have to induce that effect on the elbow to cure this lateral epicondylitis.
@bazabollox I have refused to stretch my fingers like the physio ordered. She also told be to twist my wrists downwards against an edge of table and lift them against small force. I think all that trickling is ridiculous and just meant for coach potatoes. I am athletic and 32 years old.
@bazabollox I wonder... I'm writing this wearing wrist splints, forearm straps and an elbow sleeve and under that I have one piece of stretched Kinesio tape. Yesterday I took my first needles on l.a. The taping last fall didn't stop. I'm trying to support the hands up to immobility, because I am convinced that I am just destroying the damaged tendons at the tip of my conlyduses by using the hands. All this just seems to reduce the pain marginally and the pain endures.

I has it. Started last December in typing. Stopped typing two months ago. Still aches. I am going to tape it next, and apply more ice packs.
