How to Eat Healthy on a Budget 1. Eliminate bad foods (i.e. red meats, pork, chicken) 2. Shop with the Sale 3. Shop in bulk 4. Use Coupons 5. Check the clearance section
Extra tip: Consider including periods of fasting/detoxing in your diet.
@neverdothatagain50 you can eat brown rice (tops 3 bucks for over a pound which will last you two weeks easy) you can get dry beans by the pound for maybe a dollar or two. plain oatmeal is inexpensive, and fruit and vegetables (which pound for pound is significantly cheaper than meat). You don't need to eat pre-packaged and processed "health food" make your own bread and you will save serious cash also.
LMAO does that chick think shes eating healthy coz she bought that 2$ bag of apples????Gues again.......those apples are a neat little chemibombs for you.....The sad thing is you even cant plant your own vegs or fruit....you gotta have a piece of land first....and the almost all land is polluted.....+ owned by corporations that is polluting it to make for you-(irony)-JUNK FOOD!!!
So you're a Texan! I can tell cuz you're shopping @ H.E.B lol! The one thing I luv about HEB is the fact that they have tons of in-store coupons. Great video.
Catfish nuggets for 2.98/lb is mad cheap. I was in the stor the other day, they were 4.98/lb for some nuggets. As far as cereal, I stay stocked with oatmeal cause cereal is too expensive, and kashi is so bland to me. Oatmeal, you can add all the nuts, rasins, dates, chopped apples, cinnimon, whatever, and it's cheap.
How much do you spend on personal hygiene products or bs or clothing? Meat is expensive and besides, you can either pay the price for the food or pay for it with your health. Try to find farmer;s markets where veggies and stuff are cheaper or order online. There are ways to get around this and this is coming from someone who does not have a high income. I guess it will depend on where you live but it is do-able.
WRONG healthy food IS WAYYYYYYY to expensive maybe thats easy for you to say because you probably have higher income than others NOT ALL OF US CAN AFFORD TO EAT RIGHT AND STAY HEALTHLY YOU CAN BELIEVE ALL THE LIES YOU WANT HELL FOOD IN GENERAL IS GETTING TOO FUCKING EXPENSIVE!!!!!!!!!!!!

Great tips. I've been vegetarian for about 2 years but I'm still working on cutting out all of the bad foods.
