Shoot for a 'brazil cut' on your trunks. You're a shorty like me and have a big butt. A smaller cut trunk will make your back look bigger and everything a bit more in proportion. When do you compete? If you already did, how did you do?

its got something to do with the speed that others view it apparentley. you can choose what quality to upload it to youtube, but if you pick a better quality it takes ages for the people to view it. something like that. but its up to you, when you upload it here.

the competion/competiotions is/are in october.
I have competed once before. December 2005 i did 3competitions in sweden (below nationl level thought) and placed 1:st in all =)
