(see previous parts for more info about the glitch itself)
I: I change costume as I use the Control Lever to be able to operate the board before the item usage message pops up. Then, as the the item usage message pops up in the middle of the next scene, breaking out happens. Unfortunately trying to switch worlds during a cutscene proves disastrous... if you were wondering about the strange noises, they're the result of me still being in the operating table screen (which is invisible). Game over man, game over.
II: Third piece cutscene mess-abouts.
III: Motel key cutscene mess-abouts. "Holy shit, poltergeists!" Slams door shut behind him.
IV: Butcher finale cutscene mess-abouts. Note a strange menu glitch too, in which the small screen at the bottom shows the select-menu and not the gameplay (maybe it warrants a video of its own...).
V: An unique result, two text messages overlap.
VI: Fourth piece cutscene mess-abouts.
VII: Pre-Flauros puzzle cutscene with variation 2. I've managed variation 1 to happen too, but it's still unknown if you could skip this puzzle or not. Too strange camera angle.
VIII: Post-Flauron puzzle cutscene mess-abouts. This is a cutscene very hard to break out of. For some reason the game ignores your select-menu prompt most of the time after the puzzle, and you can't do the trick. Well... small bit of evidence that this is possible somehow.
IX: The hole cutscene mess-abouts. Afterwards, the camera is left behind... Now we know exact direction Travis crawls towards from the antique shop.
X: If you do the trick right after the hole cutscene, you can just run normally through the crawlspace! This was a good find.
XI: The two rifle weapons are the only ones you can kill the final boss with (and still have enough time to glitch the cutscene.)

I still wonder how on earth you find all these glitches.
