You might need a capture box. That's how I got this from VHS. I bought mine for about $60, ;and they are probably cheaper now, since that was over a year ago.

How do you get the video off of a dvd and edit it? I have some ideas for makin some videos like yours but I don't know how to capture the movie footage.
