hey faded can you make another vid based on if amazon and/or usp/usps refunded or replaced your drink? ive only had one problem with amazon in the past, but they were cool as hell as far as customer service goes. my issue was over some gift card thing which they fixed pretty fast. your issue is definitely worse, but hopefully amazon can help. give them a call, they have this service where if you provide them a number they'll literally call you within 10 seconds instead of waiting.
