@goku34ssj5 I'm not sure about the rules in other leagues but for the NBA it wouldn't have been considered a double dribble because he isn't considered in control of the ball until he picked it up and dribbled again.

The European game is really slooooowwww, that's why every move by a US player looks like double dribble. To be fair, other teams foul US players and don't get called.
