@Brigitt3Babe i know media things if you are not a little twig like paris hilton you are fat. it depends on your height. jessica is not fat at all. just like kim kardashian is not fat. jessica is hot and sexy and nick her ex hubby came to her defense. said entertainment industry puts more pressure on women then men.

It's sad how the media is so focused on this unreal perception of perfection. It doesn't exist - everyone is beautiful in their own way and it's what's inside that defines true beauty. Of course, if the media was to say statements like this, they wouldn't be able to use fear to force society to consume the crap products they mass produce, which is why they insist on ridiculing anyone who doesn't fit the mould. It is a sick sad world.

Since when did it become newsworthy? Since pretty much forever it seems like. female stars' looks have always been subject to scrutiny. It comes along with the territory, that's why so many of them become anorexic and get plastic surgery: to prolong or enhance their careers. It's not much of a news flash that Hollywood is superficial. This probably explains why Ashlee got a nose job herself, she was sick of being mocked and wanted to further her career since singing wasn't really working out.
