  • I'm trying it right now, probably gone through half the bottle at the moment. Can't really see any visible changes but hopefully it will kick in sooner or later. I do 2 days workout and 3rd day rest, then the same thing. Upper body, and 30minute jogs. Hows everyone else's testimonial on this pill?

  • Iggytan, They have been through two bottles. You have to use the 1285mg, 3 times a day.

  • I have both of my kids on it, and they both have lost weight. They are able to work off the harder fat that exercise alone wasn't able to burn off. CLA is safe, so my kids could use it.

  • I take 4.8 grams of cla a day. I work out about 2/3 times a week, anyway this is what cla does, the truth. CLA stops fat from entering fatty areas' and puts them in your muscles instead. When you work out you burn the fat in your muscles, and you look leaner because all the fat the CLA doesnt store i your usual places are in your muscles, so if you dont work out, you will hardy get any results. My results are :Thin face, flat belly, toned look to thighs, lfted chest muscles.

  • wait i have to have 1285 mg 3 times a day? so like 3 servings of 1285mg? if so then i am going to need a little bit more CLA. i read somewhere that my CLA that i am going to get only has like 770mg per pill and it says take 2-3 daily. does that sound right to? what product of CLA do you use and what doses do you give your kids?

  • its not a magic pill but it does work to an extent
