Worker issues go beyond what the average American can even imagine. At this point, third world workers accept fraudulent contracts and get shipped to factories in other countries, there, they can and have been beaten by their foremen to the point of losing eyesight or use of limbs, and even locked in factories in foreign countries and abandoned to starve when the companies they work for go bankrupt.
